Our Top-Kids Club Mentoring Program

· Top-Kids is a mentoring program for children aged 5 to 13 years old.
· Bilingual, 60 and 75-minute workshops to teach kids specific life skills in a fun & stimulating way!
· Sessions will take place on Friday evenings.
· Our workshops are held in our tutoring center: 269 boul. Saint-Jean, Suite 210, Pointe-Claire, QC

Top-Kids Club mentoring workshops are also offered in-school!

Who are we?

With specialized backgrounds in teaching, childhood development, psychology and youth life coaching, our qualified mentors have developed a curriculum with the goal to equip children with the necessary tools and life skills to become the best version of themselves.
We use play therapy as a counselling approach that is specifically designed for children. Play therapy includes games, fun team activities, sensory play, toys and art as a way to help them progress and better grasp the content of our themes.
We wish to give children opportunities to build skills that promote well-being, overcoming life challenges, and healthy personal growth.

Some of our Workshop Themes

Cooperation Workshop

-Exploring the power of positive cooperation and inclusion through interactive activities and group discussions.
-Learning how to develop self-confidence by stretching out of our comfort zone, overcoming failure, pushing through fear and using positive self-talk.

Friendship Workshop

-Learning about friendship: how to choose good friends, how to be a good friend, understanding behaviours, coping with feeling left out.

Emotions Workshop

-Recognizing and managing our emotions by utilizing the Zones of Regulation.
-Understanding emotional outlets such as Art or Pet Therapy as a tool for coping with emotions and building empathy.

Anxiety Workshop

-Learning how to build courage.
-Tools to manage our anxiety.
-Identifying stressers and practicing mindfulness.
